Apple has announced changes with iOS 14 that will impact how Facebook receives and processes conversion events from tools like the Facebook pixel. Businesses that advertise mobile apps, as well as those that optimize, target, and report on web conversion events from any of our business tools will be affected.
But it’s not the end of the world! Here’s what we know right now…
Audience sizes will likely decrease. The attribution window will shorten to 7-day click (and Facebook has already changed their attribution window to default to 7-day view, 1-day click). And there is a limit of 8 web events per domain.
The end of the year is upon us… and this has got to be THE craziest year in a very long time (and the absolute craziest in my lifetime).
Even amidst all of the crazy, there were some very good lessons learned. As entrepreneurs we had to learn how to pivot. We had to learn how to get creative. We had to learn how to thrive in the midst of chaos.
All of that made me stronger. What about you?
Were you able to thrive even in the midst of chaos? Are you behind on your goals or have you exceeded them?
If you’re like some entrepreneurs, you might be feeling a little discouraged and a little off track right now. And that’s okay.
It’s normal. We all go through ups and downs. We all handle situations differently.
BUT you and I have one thing in common. We are in control…of our lives and businesses.
So if you find yourself lagging behind…TODAY is a new day and we still have almost two full months to turn things around. 🙌
Here are 4 ways to boost your business and end the year strong:
1. Launch a new offer (black Friday special, maybe)?
2. Run your first or next webinar (do a couple of them) and offer something special at the end.
3. Commit to creating a video series or doing a weekly livestream until the end of the year to grow your tribe.
4. Launch your first or next Facebook ad and add 500 new subscribers to your email list.
Don’t let the year end without getting one or more of these things done! This will help you start off 2021 stronger!
Clients are the life-line and heart of everything you do. Yet, if you’re like many coaches you might struggle to get those consistent clients you crave.
If that’s you then this post is for you!
I want to share a not-so-secret, secret with you. In order to book clients on the regular, you must be booking (discovery, strategy, etc.) calls on the regular. The more people you talk to, the more paying clients you will book.
AND the KEY to booking more calls? STAY in front of your ideal clients.
How do you do that? There is ONE SUPER SIMPLE way to do this => Facebook and Instagram ads.
And no big revelation there, right?
Maybe you’ve set up an ad or two or three…
The biggest problem I see entrepreneurs having with ads is that they don’t have a STRATEGY to get them the results they are looking for. So they start and stop ads or they switch what they promote too fast. They get frustrated because ads aren’t working. It’s a viscous cycle.
You have to lead your potential clients on a journey from NOT knowing who you are allll the way to the point that they HAVE to hire you.
It starts with content. Create content that leads your people down this path.
This is how the system works…
Step 1: KNOW your ideal client and who exactly you want to attract. Speak to them in their language (no jargon). You can’t attract your ideal client if you don’t really know who they are as a person.
Step 2: Create content that provides value to your ideal client. Content that gets them thinking and wanting to take the next step. Content that inspires, motivates, or empowers them. Use video and masterclasses to supercharge the know, like, trust factor.
Step 3: Use Facebook and Instagram ads to consistently get in front of the right people. No more starting and stopping ads. No more last-minute ads out of desperation. Avoid these mistakes!
Step 4: Have a follow up email sequence that keeps following up with them and leading them to take valuable actions – like booking a call.
Keep this going for at least 30 days to determine what’s working and what’s not.
